We are now open! Pictures of some of the completed units. 

Building A - Nearing Completion

The exterior of building A is nearly complete and working on sidewalks.

 Half of 1st floor is painted, the 2nd half is nearly ready.

Third floor just has a few items to wrap up as carpet is going in.

Building B is moving right along. The roof is half complete 

and we will start roughing the mechanicals.

Hercules Trail Update

Building A - the exterior is moving along. 3rd floor mechanicals are 

wrapping up in preparation for insulation and drywall. 

Building B - 2nd floor trusses are being set next week Tuesday. 

Building B

Building B is moving right in sync. We will have the pre-cast set

and ready for the carpenters to start framing the 1st floor exterior walls.

Building A

Building A is moving along quite well. 

The parking garage floor has been poured, windows are 

being installed, and the shingles are installed on the 

two story portion of the building.

Hercules Building A

The 2-story portion of the building now has the roof trusses set and we will start shingling late next week.

Building B

The foundation for building B will be completed next week Thursday. We will have a couple day break to get everything back filled prior to the pre-cast being set.

Hercules Building A

The 3rd floor deck is being sheeted and preparing to set the 3rd floor walls. 

The trusses for the 2 story portion of the building are being delivered on Monday.
